Kimberly A. Bell is an Ohio real estate broker and part owner of Bell Hankins Realty Group, LLC, and has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Kim is a life-long resident of Logan County and a graduate of Indian Lake High School. After receiving a BS in Business at Wright State University, while simultaneously employed by Honda of America, Mfg., Kim found herself transitioning from the Honda Marysville & East Liberty assembly lines, to the Cost Planning Group within the Purchasing Dept. Kim worked her way to an Assistant Manager position within the department, before finishing her 13-year career in the Automotive Industry with a decision to become self-employed as a real estate agent. After nine years in the real estate business and the desire to do more than just the industry norm, she and Jeremy Hankins joined forces to create Bell Hankins Realty Group. Kim also holds a FL real estate brokers license and enjoys expanding her professional knowledge in the Sunshine State.
Aside from real estate, Kim loves to spend her time outdoors. She enjoys boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and has a special passion for time spent on the bay at her 2nd home in Port St. Joe, FL. She enjoys exploring the bay and the white sandy beaches and partakes in the daily local custom of stopping everything you’re in the middle of doing, to take time to watch and appreciate the sunset over the water. Kim’s secret claim-to-fame is that she also loves to take on a construction project every now and then, most recently building a paddleboard storage shed, tackling a hurricane-bruised home remodel, and completing a composite deck and railing project. She has also helped many friends and neighbors with their home repairs and hurricane remodels.
