Kimberly A. Bell
Broker / Owner
I was born and raised in Logan County and am a graduate of Indian Lake Schools and Wright State University, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Business, with a specialized study in Accounting. During my freshman year in college, I was hired by Honda of America, Mfg., and worked for the company from 1988-2002, while maintaining a full time schedule as a college student. I began my tenure in the Assembly Department and worked my way to Purchasing Assistant Manager, where I negotiated new model and mass production part costs with suppliers and engineers. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to travel to Mexico, Canada, Europe, Japan, and across the United States to procure automobile parts and to develop long-term supplier relationships. In 2002, I ventured into real estate as a full time career by obtaining my real estate license and in 2004, was awarded the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), giving me an advantage over fellow agents with my advanced training, experience, and commitment. Only 3% of Realtors are Certified Residential Specialists. In 2011, I received my broker's license and opened Bell Hankins Realty Group, LLC, as co-owner. I have been a recipient of the Ohio Association of Realtors' President Sales Awards several times and have attended many National Association of Realtors' Conventions to stay knowledgeable of the ever-changing real estate industry. I also hold a Florida real estate sales license. For enjoyment and competitive fulfillment, I love to golf. I also enjoy bicycling, hiking, traveling, and any outdoor activity.
